• Kickoff will be at August dance. (August 9, 2008)  

• If after 2008 the dance is not held the kickoff will be August 1st. 

• Drawings will be held monthly from September to May. 

• Drawings will be held the third Wednesday of every month during the regular meeting of the Associations Board of Directors.  If there is no Board meeting, such as in December, or if the meeting is canceled for any reason (i.e. inclement weather), then the Marketing Committee shall meet within one week of the third Wednesday to draw the winning entry.   

• One prize shall be deemed the Grand Prize and shall be drawn at the Association’s Annual Meeting in May. 

• Cost of tickets shall be $10 each or 3 for $25. 

• Winners will be contacted via phone or mail after each drawing.  Winners will also be listed on our website. 

• Once a ticket has been drawn it will not be eligible for the Grand Prize.  The holder of the winning ticket will be entitled to purchase another ticket to be entered for the Grand Prize 

• Ineligible to participate: EHSAA Board Members, their spouses and children.   

• Must be over 18 to purchase ticket.
